The LED BLINKER Board (LBB) allows you to blink
two different sets of leds. In each set
of two leds, one will be ON while the other is OFF. Then after a time period this will reverse.
A potentiometer (or volume control type
adjustment) is used to set the speed of the blinking. Each pair of leds can have a different blinking rate.
A 9-Volt battery connector, four red leds and
two 470-ohm resistors are included.

board will work with out Train Layout Sound Board.
